i was taken to see the Oz open Tennis recently for a couple of days. I could really appreciate the athleticism and skill and power of the players. but i just cant seem to get emotionally attached to the outcome of a game,and thats for any sport. i guess different people are just wired differently.

If you mean team sports, hell no. If you mean individual sports, hell yes.
There is nothing more boring than watching football or baseball on TV. However, I love love love biking and snowboarding!

the funny thing is that sports nerds dont realise theyre nerds.
That was actually one thing that was a bit so so with me in high school. I mean people were really into this football crap, blabbering about their football stars. Luckily I was able to turn many of the conversations to another subject but such chats just bores the crap out of me

It sickens me to see how much space sports get in the media. To me it is a sign of a society gone wrong somehow.
I have my own sport that keeps me happy and fit, but jeezzuuzz do I want to hear about sports all the bloody time in the media? Hell no! Sorry for swearing, but it just pisses me off.

OMG, who was it that pointed out that fantasy football.baseball leagues was just dungeons and dragons being played by the adults who beat us up as kids for playing dungeons and dragons.

I jus saw The Science Of Sport on National Geographic Channel for the first time. Some of it made me... somewhat weirdly excited about sport! :-S

I didn't play dungeons and dragons and nobody beat me up, rather otherwise
Actually never had a class with physical violence or anything, but we did have fights-for-fun in between the lessons
