I love that song. Remember that song came out 24 years ago. Give it it's props man. That was definitely innovative at the time.

listen to Spoonbill. the king of sample based music. seriously in sample terms he shits on any of these artists.
edit: i misinterpreted the title, as i didn't read the first post, i just saw people listing artists who use samples in their music. Anyway if you do appreciate great usage of samples then i strongly recommend you give Spoonbill a listen. his stuff i out of this world!!
