If you use my instant mappings (search for my user name) they do.

No, I can't get them to do that.

Everything as in djsynchro's instructions. On page one I have the params 1-8, but they don't move the relevant 8 params of rack the blue hand is locked on. Midi indicator signals incoming midi, though.

I programmed the instant mappings on MIDI channel 16 so they are out of the way and you have 1-15 left for your own midi learn stuff.

So in Automap you need to have a tick mark next to Midi 16.

djsynchro what did you compare the nocturn too in other words what was your second choice for this type of controller. i know that only novation has the automap feature but being that you've done so much of the work yourself what would you have gotten if not the nocturn?

I have a BCF that I use in Mackie mode for mixing. And it's good, but not for controlling plug-ins.

I have a BCR but I don't use it anymore. Because you can't see which knob does what.
