I've been having this problem for ages! The worst is when I'm in the middle of a live performance and live decides its time to play hide and seek, Instantly killing my audio. At first the crowd thinks it's all part of the show and they freak out cheering and stuff, I try to get live up and running (all while clapping my hands overhead further convincing the audience that this silence is deliberate) before they notice that I've had a major software failure.
The only solutions I hear from Ableton are bogus "dont use that expensive professional grade plugin that you bought". See that is no solution. At all.
It's like having a car that dies out when you touch the gas pedal. Give me a break.
At least lie and say your working on it and it will be fixed in the next release like microsoft does.
