SoundCloud really is a major boon to musician filesharing. I've been using it for a few weeks now and am really amazed at the interface. Being able to comment on tracks along a visual timeline of the waveform is brilliant.

We have heard that some people have problems with shredded headings. It's not supposed to be hard to read them at all. Could you send me a screenshot so we can take a closer look at the bug? Thanks

Henrikb:

(and this is a tiny bit OT)

Just as a side note. Are you serving this straight of a Mongrel instance? (I noticed it using Loookup), I mean aren't you proxying it behind a load balancer of some sorts?

A bit OT, are you looking for a job? :)

Performance is tricky piece but we are load balancing as well as continuously improving our architecture. Are you experiencing the service as slow?

Ooooh, flattering! I'm currently employed as a C# / .NET web systems developer, but prior to this (at Uni) I was going heavily into Ruby + Ramaze | Merb stuff. Ruby as a language was a real eye opener for me in terms of how "nice" programming languages can be.

On slugishness, I'd say it's surprisingly fast. What do you do load balancing with?

Yeah, Ruby rocks!

I'd rather not go into details but very good that you find it snappy!
