it looks way cool so far!

i think it's be great if you want to do a mix of your own songs as live scenes and then tracks you've mixed down to one or downloaded. Play your shiz and then when you're ready to take a break activate automix and go find some ladies!!! heya!

Check out Deckadance. Runs as a VST plugin ( also standalone ) inside Ableton, perfectly in sync.

Has heaps of neat features! Highly recommended.

To me deckadance is not too nice, maybe because I always use traktor.... so maybe i have to try and say after a while what I think of it.

I hope traktor will be available as a vst.

The thing is:

Is it possible in ableton to "BEATJUMP" and to make these "LOOPS"? I think it must be possible with beatmarkers, but i still have no idea.

with that, would u mix in deckadance fully and just run effects in ableton on the channel the deckadance vst is

or

can u put deckadance vst on channel 1 and also channel 2 (or as many channels as you want) and then use each channel for vinyl control, but actually mixing in ableton. this way u can use vinyl control in ableton? is this possible.

and with looping on the fly in ableton:

when i click the set button, will this set a loop point according to the global quantise? e.g if one bar, it will set a loop point on the start of the following bar.

cos ive got a rotart assigned to the global quantise on my bcr, so this could b pretty sick for adjusting the loop size. beat repeat is ace, but sometimes i want to b able to allow the track to play from the point of the loop, rather than repeat a loop whilst the track is still moving (if that makes sense).
