MidiClockSync +1!!!!

only ever got erratic midi clock when trying to sync 2 computers......

workaround.

1x korg electribe
1x midiman midi splitter - vintage but stable and on ebay.
2x computers running ableton as midi slave

means faffing about with clock delay, and a return to zero message on stop isn't assured but it beats trying to hit the space bar out of time to get it in time if you know what i mean.

BIG NO GO.....MIDISPORT 4x4, computer running ableton as midi master......
well mine just couldn't cut it

I'm debating whether or not to update. None of that stuff ever happened to me either, but I'm hardly what one might refer to as a "power user".

I'll probably update just in case. I hope this doesn't involve a big library shuffle, because I own a ton of instruments...

Every Live update has been getting better but this last one seems to be glitching out.
Anyone else?

I'm having problems loading recent files. seems very sluggish. Might try a restart to see if that helps, but never had to wait a few minutes for an old set to open before.

Do they tell us what actions to avoid until an update is ready? Never!

come on, tweak! we're all waiting for this, not just you. give it a rest. this update was posted on the 14th august and the changes are listed in the link that alex posted. you've posted in threads since then where it was stated by dom that a fix is coming, probably in Live 8.

what i'm wondering is what happened to the 7.0.11 update. the beta expired a week ago with no new beta version nor a release. what gives?
