i has this lovely cat which followed me and my girlfriend home and stayed with us for about a year and a half. one day she never came back. it broke our hearts. could have died, got lost or anything. i'll never know i guess.

this summer another little cat started hanging out with me while i was writing lyrics on my front step. she lived with us for a few months and was so affectionate. then she disappears as well. so painful to lose two beautiful cats in a year. we treated them like princesses as well. such a fucking shame.

whats the best way to see if your cat is physically injured in any way without running the risk of it clawing the crap out of you for touching it's hurt leg (or whatever might be hurt)

answer:

dangle a long string, if it jumps around like crazy you know it's gonna live.
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.
