Ooh, I'm with you on that one! How very scandinavian of you!

To the rest of you, yer hilarious! I laughed out loud when someone suggested pita instead of wheat-based bread, haha.

Just eat less bread... won't kill ya!

just so you'd know... pita is a bread... and not the good kind...(unless you find whole wheat pitas...)
...and humus is made primarily from chickpeas...

if you like sandwiches... nothing comes close to bread... that's the truth...

try eating your meals out of a plate...

hehe
I went into a Quiznos in Orlando, FL one day, there was a black woman working the counter, and a white woman building sandwiches about 10 feet away.

I got served my lil' bowl of chili, and the woman asked: "Cracker?" - and I heard a yelping from the back: "Who you callin' crackah?" lol

I am aware of the qualities of a pitabread (!), and that humus is made from chickpeas; I live off of that shit! I prefer it to sandwiches is all...

exactly. I wasn't really used to racial jokes and all, but I got the feeling it was their schtick, you know?

I find that's it's harder and harder to find decent quality bread these days. All the small local bakeries are closing and the bread they serve in supermarkets is just plain rubbish. That's about the only thing I like about France, their bread. (There are some other things I like too, but lets stay on topic, yes?)

How about you eat chicken pieces out of the packet. High in protein, and low in fat and carbs.

Or have some soup? Without the bread.

Are you northern Russ? I used to be practically forced to eat buttered bread with everything :(
