I followed your instructions, but must have done something wrong, because dropping a sample on a drum rack's lot still results in the sample'd being wrapped by a simpler.

I could not find a 'dropping samples" folder so I made two guesses, both of which apparently failed:

drop sampler into drum rack "Live devices"

drop the sampler into library's "samples"


Please help.

Drop the sampler on ableton library/defaults/dropping samples/on drum rack
