(Even plugged the damn studio machine into the net to see if it was that. it's not.)
I emailed them and they said that the code they sent is to be entered on the PSP website, then you get the proper code there

also fixed my Novation BassStation. Guess it's like that for all VSTs that are registered via codes. . .
well, i guess it's only necessary for VSTs that store the authorization in the registry instead in a key-file in the plugin's folder.
