Great. I just bought Synthstation last night, and now Nanostudio comes out today.
Grabbing it right now.

Nanostudio is badass!
Nanosync works perfect.

I can export my drum .wav files from Akai Synthstation and chop them up in Wavosaur, then send it to Nanostudio (as long as its under 4mb).

Oh, so much fun !

He said he might make a version for the iPad, but he's been working so long on the iPhone version that he just wanted to get it out first. Really liking this app, lots of fun and it sounds great.

Right now,NO.
But, I think going back and forth from ones Touch,Iphone to their pc,mac will be the norm' for working with NanoStudio.

Im loving it!

Only thing I miss is track eqlizers.
Also, figured its important to store the presets on the synth, inside the project, otherwise it gets lost! The drum rack TRG16 however does not need to, it doesnt even have a preset function. Its stored with the project.
I miss some modulation options on the TRG16, like lfos. Now, if I want to do some lfo to a sample, I have to use up one of the 4 synth tracks. Loving the synth btw!! 4 lfos and mod matrix. sweet. :)

And.. oh yeah! I ran out of "events"! After 28 bars, mildly use of modulation, and few notes: no more notes available for you, sir! :o

500/500 events used
(202 note, 298 controller)

I've not really understood the point of the 3d keyboard on beatmaker 2.
what is its function?
is it just for show?
seems a very, very bad interface decision if it is.

From what I've inferred from the Intua forums, BM2 will have a keyboard/piano function. Those 3 screenshots are the only ones released so far but already it's clear that this is a totally different application (it took over a year to develop) and has separate instruments/devices, like the Drum Machine instrument shown in one of the screenshots.

Oh, and if it hasn't been mentioned here yet, BM2 will have timestretch, pitch shift, real-time slicing, and an integrated file transfer feature.
