A new version of the script is now available at my blog - featuring an all new 64 step sequencer.

Have fun.

PS: Bug reports welcome.
YOUR THE MAN.

Have not played with it yet but will soon.

Edit: Works great with the bridge!

Mother of GOD!! I didnt think you could possibly make this a better script. Guess I can say goodbye to the casual sex...cuz there isnt gonna be any for a while now.

now with seq.!

does anybody know how (if its possible) to disable the extra controls for the track controls?

adjusting the track encoders (also the default ones "pan/send a-c") is a wobbly affair.
This was no problem with version apc40_21 so im guessing its the extra track control features.

You can always MIDI MAP the track controls, and functionality will be locked to that mapping (disabled-sort of).

I have looked through many of the scripts, but I just don't know enough about python to make changes.

I still havent tried a combination of s4racens "Disabler" M4L patch with this script, but I think it should work.

I tried the step sequencer, but it looked like it only does 2/4 (I use a lot of 3/4 loops)...

I'm pretty sure it does 3/4.

Make sure you read the documentation, and adjust the scene launch and solo buttons accordingly.

he scene launch was set to 3/4 time, and I only got two beats of the three beat measure in the grid.... I'm not sure what you mean by setting the solo buttons... I'll go back and RTFM again........

UPDATE: I just realized I have to move the scene/track window to the right (which means I can't see the full grid. Quantization is in 1/6th ... I'll try 1/8th and see what happens...

YES, been using it for the last 2 days. LOVE IT! Best APC40 StepSeq I have tried. Easy to use, well thought out features, and seems a bit more stable than the M4L approach.
