I think we all understand that you guys spent a lot of time and money into Live 9 and Push, but you are charging more to the wrong people (long term customers). I've easily cracked over $1k in upgrades since purchasing Live in 2005. Just letting you know that we would appreciate a better, clearer explanation on what you plan on doing to fix this for us.

My offer for Push + upgrade to Suite 9 is $948 (minus the $599 cost of the push) puts the software upgrade worth $349.
Where are you getting the price for Push from?

So yesterday I put the upgrade to Suite 8 into my cart. I already have Live 8, operator and sampler so I thought 164 euros seemed quite reasonable. So today I went to buy it and it's gone up to 224 euro with a little note saying 'the price has now changed'.

Not impressed.

At all.

Why don't Suite 8 owners that also own Max for Live get an additional discount compared to those upgrading from *just* Suite 8?

It would be nice to have clarification on that. Even if the clarification is "sorry, that's how we've decided to price it." I just want to know if the $234 quote is or isn't a mistake.

There is an additional discount - 50 EUR / 65 USD if you already own Max for Live.

That price looks like M4L is being taken in to account.

P.S. i'll throw in another dollar for all black font again.
ok David... i see you are clearly not going to answer...

how about a trade off... make the whole forum nutsack color with Outlook-reply-blue text for free so we don't have this daft contrast.

So the $234 includes the discount, or the $65 is in addition to the $234 (making the upgrade $169)?

Sorry, just trying to clear things up.

The price that you're seeing now does include the Max for Live discount, yes. Remember that there will also be an introductory discount for Suite 8 owners upon the release of Live 9 Suite, which you'll also receive.
