Scientist Rids the World of the Evil Curse of the Vampires.

Several tracks from the album ("Dance of the Vampires", "The Mummy's Shroud", "The Corpse Rises", "Your Teeth In My Neck" and "Plague of Zombies") were featured in the soundtrack to the popular video game Grand Theft Auto III. They comprised the fictional radio station K-Jah and were the inspiration for many of the DJ's irreverent-sounding comments.

it's dorky and sad but that was a GREAT station in that game, thanks for that one.

I'm more of an Animals fan 'cause I like my albums to change out of E minor every once in a while.

I nearly put Animals but then the sheer ground-breaking, all-consuming, optimistic perfection of DSOTM got the better of me.

There are few better moments in pop than the bit at the end of "Sheep" where the rhythm guitar kicks in and the song explodes into a major key with tumbly drum fills, screaming Hammond chords and octaving pedalled bassline.

Makes me want to go out and punch a policeman.

As an album it is a bit dour, but the line "You... fucked up...old.. hag!" always makes me smile.
