Are you using the DM2 with Ableton? I have one and I've been looking for good uses for it but haven't found any yet... I'd learn to DJ with it, except that the Mixxx DM2 driver/DM2Midi patch doesn't work.
wow ya little slut thats some shyt!!
yeah, drumkat stuff is great. That's actually an anceint DrumKat EZ that I snapped up on ebay. I did the same for the rest of the electronic kit, waiting six months to cobble together a pd 125 mesh snare, vh 11 hihats, a TD12 brain, and a kd-85 mesh kick. It's a nice set up, and much smaller than the full-blown Roland kit with cymbals, "toms", and a rack and junks.bosonHavoc wrote: wow ya little slut thats some shyt!!
i dig the drum set up with the DK10
i have a dk10 too, and love it.
i was thinking of doing something similar by adding a hat and snare but thats a pretty good chunk of change and an EUB has to be my next big purchase.
Is that a Baritone Uke with a pick up?quandry wrote:Thanks! That's actually a Nile Rodgers pick I got after a Chic show, I thought I lost it for a few years, but I found it during a move.gjm wrote:What an outstanding set up. Very nice indeed.
yup, little crappy "shadow" pickup, next to worthless...I just mic it with a LDC mic. Nice eye, baritone fo' sho', and a decent sound for being dirt cheap Lanikai.gjm wrote:Is that a Baritone Uke with a pick up?quandry wrote:Thanks!
