^actually I think they are aliens. All this trend to plastic surgery is just to make their disguises more believable.

They've infiltrated our fashion networks and made us accept these ridiculous fashions to allow them to creep in unnoticed.

Those girls could definitely be on Men in Black with some kind of tentacles under their plastic.

The guys I think are just dumb Earth based primates who got caught up in it and missed the point a little.... although even there, I'm not sure.
