Oh, and regarding the term "yankees" I will keep on using it, since this is not an american forum, but an INTERNATIONAL one, and everyone, outside U.S. use it in proper meaning (U.S. criminals). If some american here feels "hurt" it is not my problem. For me the real problem is the U.S. committing crimes against humanity and being the most dangerous and criminal organisation in human history ever. Not "american guys here". If they feel "hurt", my advise is: "wake up and smell the napalm".

Well I don't know the exact term in english, because I just translated directly from italian: here the term "dialettica" has two functions. It means either the philosophical methodology (the one you quote) or the "ars oratoria" (the romans: Cicero etc.). We say "capacità dialettica" to express the ability to use words and persuade people. Maybe you use the term rethoric?
