5, why on hell would you want to spend two buttons for the same function? Confused
i'd love to be able to assign the number keys of my laptops keyboard to different values of the same parameter. useful for changing notes in resonator, or key in the scale plugin, or intervals in the chord plugin, or for jumping all over the place with ANY parameter really...
in fact, this'd be freakin great to have!!

Hey AdamJ:
Does Live now retain midi mapping for a device if you load it in a different channel, etc?
I always hated trying to map all the controls on my keyboard to an Operator (for instance), then have all my mappings lost as soon as I load a new Operator, etc...
Question
curious about this as well. if i drag in an alc/als file does it automatically restore the mapping you saved it with?

scientist wrote:so with the quicktime track...since the audio is warpable/editable, i'm assuming live creates an asd to go with the .mov file. can live re-export the quicktime file with your audio edits or will we still need another app to marry the live-modified audio to the quicktime file?
and thanks for your work on this btw, the screenshots are helpful...

I would like to know too. Alos can you import more than one video file to the video lane. for example play a clip of movie 1 THEN a clip of movie 2 then ...

FWIW u can do this very simply in Quicktime Player
(once Quicktime Pro is enabled)
