Not "pro" yet, but dead set on getting there... I had a pretty high paying residence so I invested big in the studio... Got tired of not getting much done because something would always kill my inspiration... So I basically decided I was going to set myself up for maximum control n workflow, so I could get the most out those moments of inspiration...

The downside of living in a place like NYC. You pay a lot for very little space. Serious PITA for us music gear owners to find a way to fit everything in comfortably.

Technics... oldschool! Nice.
Or are you using them with timecode records?
I sold mine last year, missed them already, but hey, it's the digital era.

I intend to use both. "Real" records + timecode. :)

Hello, there,

here are my gears:
Image

Screen connected to the Macbook.
Image

My cat like to sleep there... except when the floppy drive makes some noise.
Image

Atari 520 STE, just arrived here last week. I have tried Maxymiser, which seems pretty cool with Ableton's effects. Yesterday, I have ordered 4GB ... oh sorry, 4MB! to boost it to the max, for 0,90€ on the Internet. Hope these RAM are in good condition.
Image

The Commodore 64 with MSSIAH. After solding a jack output, I need now to build a 4-knob controller for it.
Image

Here the core of Ableton Live set-up: the Macbook, and the Presonus FP10. Also 2 turntables and Serato for scratching.
Image

All I need is here. But all I want are: a Mono Evolver Key, a Machinedrum, perhaps a Soundcraft mixer, more money...
