Avatar was the film equivalent of Britney Spears or any other entertaining yet incredibly shallow forgettable pop star that has NOTHING to say but MILLIONS to say it with, lol.

In other words, complete shite.

Good point here's another salient observation on what the movie is lacking
Anonymous wrote: I want bestiality in the movie too. Haters have too long denied the beautiful love between women and dogs and horses.
Evolution is also clearly moving to trans-species love.

Well, there was sort of a bit of beastiality going on... apparently the way to ride a horse or dragon is by bonding your psychic mating organ with an animal's? "Don't play with it too much or you'll go blind"...

Just got back from it again. As Cameron says its movies, not films that he makes and this is good stuff.

Yes, good one Ethios4. I just read that the other day as well.

I imagine the same thing will happen when Steve Jobs finally dies.

"On the fan forum site "Avatar Forums," a topic thread entitled "Ways to cope with the depression of the dream of Pandora being intangible," has received more than 1,000 posts from people experiencing depression and fans trying to help them cope. The topic became so popular last month that forum administrator Philippe Baghdassarian had to create a second thread so people could continue to post their confused feelings about the movie."

ohs nos!! a second thread!!

LOLZ @ the picture too, why the hell would someone bring an SLR camera to a 3D movie showing? not to mention it's illegal...

I felt very depressed when I tried to stick my sex organ in a horse's ear and it ran away.

Actually, Avatar was a beautiful visual experience but had a predictable ending to a cliched story. Only one of those things is true about Britney Spears.

Still love that story about people getting depressed after seeing Avatard.

I wanted to slit my wrists as well; but for very different reasons.
