I notice your app requires MidiYoke. You should check out Maple Driver API
http://www.hurchalla.com/Maple_driver.html You can integrate your own virtual midi cables in to your app(hide either end from windows if you like) and give them any names you want.

what are some good prices?
how big a touchscreen would you suggest, the smaller the better for me
would 12" be enough?

Saw: the best for this case.
12 its ok, but 15 itsbetter, and its not really big diference when you carry monootuchlive.
I use 15" + IMAC 17 , all inside modificated anvil SKB19P12, super portable, if you think i traveling with 15" mas desktop machine IMAC 17

I would love to see you make a multi-tiouch screen for windows. Or anything near it.
I know it would require total replace circuitry in touch-screen, it's only designed for mono touch. Also would have to rewrite windows drivers for every piece of hardware, again drivers only designed for mono touch.
You said you sort of had multi-touch working. Bull sh*t!

You know what is cpnmouse? lol, you know how touch screen works? you know with some saw its possible extarct x-y of 2 ppoints?
You know with that info can have 2 touches on any aplication just using cpnmouse?

CPNMouse just lets u use 2 mice with a pc, that's all.
OK, some touch screens might let u have 2 touches, but please point me to one that is cheap! and runs on windows!

I working only on monotouch now.
Cina company i contacted and who sell to me my saw, working on saw cheap 2 touch LCD, based on cpnmouse...... so i stay wating for news from that guys..........patience, very soon we see multitouch systems, so have patience, and from now can use one touch, or can wait : )
If you want multitouch based on rear proyection system, that is cominng soon, its called FINGERRTOY, and i not work on that project, its project from vjs guys, dont know the status.
I work in something like taht but i stoped that rpoject due if china company produce 2 touch screen cheap soon, that is ok for djing, be cheap, portable etc etc etc
Patience mate !! : ) but plase dont say i put bullsh*ts, just patience, or go and pay 2400 for your lemur now : )
If you want lemur remplacemnt, that no exist,,,,,,,,and your only choice its lemur,... dont forgot that !!
Monotouch not its a lemur remplacement.....

Plaining video soon, but vdeo only be good if use 2 cameras at same tiem showiong monootuch and ableton screen. so video its scheduiled for soem weeks, now i continue hard working on the software engine.
Have patience ....i mkae video soon !!
