I agree with callaghansan - it's a sensible list rather than minor things like surround sound, wacom support.

Please add some way to draw in automation curves!

For the love of god, 64-bit.

A feature to turn off scene launch to both free up more space and make mistakes less often when using touch controllers (lemur/ipad) or the novation/akai products would be awesome for DJing.

dunno if anyone suggest this already, or if it is on any way already possible in Ableton: "Looper" with the possibility to change (separately) loop bpm, or loop speed.

And what a wonderful christmas present Live 9 would be. Live 9 with comping.

Omg I just had a thought I hope they're not gonna make Live 9 Intel-only on the Mac side, following the trend of the other DAW's. That'll be annoying although admittedly, and much to my chagrin, probably sort of logical. For them.

What we are doing a lot in "Arrangement View"? Drawing! Now think how much time takes method 1, method 2, and how much would take method 3?
Just a single click (via some key maybe), and here is the result! Even size adjustment for this tool would be nice
