open the link in mobile safari and click the image you like twice so you get the full page view. Then hold down on the picture until you get the popup that lets you save the image. It will put it in your photo album so you can set it as your wallpaper from there.
There's some good images for your desktop too. I don't know about you guys, but I can't get enough stylized headphones pictures.

Yeah, I emailed them and they got back to me pretty quickly saying that they've uploaded a new version but were awaiting Apple approval. Pretty good customer service. Downloaded update. Installed. Works perfectly again.
And don't push my MIDI buttons.

It’s rare that I open the Mac App store but at least once daily I check for iOS updates and there’s always something there and it’s like Christmas minus the lies.
