theres nothing to pick apart as youre not actually making any kind of point. anyone can say 'we dont know anything'.adhmzaiusz wrote:
....but yes, quantum physics are a realm we are only beginning to understand, im not going to claim to be a hadron collider expert or anything here, but about 10 pages back I was trying to stress the very fact that we are still infant in our understanding of physical reality.
So what in the physical realm, governed by the nature of inertia, light takes billions of years to reach us? Thats natural law. But, maybe when we can manipulate (by advanced quantum mechanics) the natural inertia of physical tendancy we can travel great distances in the blink of an eye?
I'll say again I'm no scientist, you can say things against what I say to prove me wrong(I don't care, and I'm open to criticism), but at least I understand basic concepts behind certain complex theories that can explain space/time travel and logic. Nobody really needs a degree in science, to contemplate/pitch ideas out that make sense. Yes I understand that science is the persuit of truth by experimentation, but most areas of science are still little understood.

am i missing the evidence bit of this document? Its a letter from a purchasing officer, from some company called "Scientific Research (Canada) Reg'd" asking the government for evidence of UFOs. How is this different than a crank letter from a crazy person?adhmzaiusz wrote:Has anyone checked out the Canadian Government site yet? Look, obviously people more than 50 years ago took this seriously, it was going on, look through the scans of history and tell me all of these witnesses are crazy and should be committed. When you look at the data, trustworthy people in government took this seriously. Then, one day they changed their minds and began telling people they are only seeing weather balloons

Im not specifically pointing out this document, but there are many pages like this that were RCMP investigations. There is no 'evidence' bit to any of it, but the number of claims is a little alarming, and should say something. This site isn't the most user friendly site but there are navigation tabs that allow you to scroll between different scans. Well, to me at least it makes me wonder that since there was a big stir back then of 'flying saucers' that the government did open a faction of people dedicated to investigating this. Maybe people were just overcome with mass hysteria?adventurepants_ wrote: am i missing the evidence bit of this document? people claim all sorts of stuff, doesnt make it evidence.a large number of idiots can claim anything, still doesnt make it evidence. Hell, a majority of the US population believe that Angels are real.adhmzaiusz wrote:Im not specifically pointing out this document, but there are many pages like this that were RCMP investigations. ...and why are you at home at 4pm? how old are you? I'd say no older than 15, you spell like a third grader.
Evidence in the context of final proof is just one form or grade of evidence. Substantiation does NOT require final proof. Only if you are attempting to substantiate proof itself is that the case. There is an abundant amount of powerful evidence to support this phenomenon. I can prove that, but the type of evidence you are referring to is "control".adventurepants_ wrote:am i missing the evidence bit of this document? You didn't initially ask anything. You claimed I was bullshitting and did not know shit about whatever.Tone Deft wrote:DrX - I asked you the same, piss off, you trolled me.
Russ - fuck off, sideline troll.
The main reason being why on earth would you hound a guy to prove something that has very little importance in the context of this thread. bottom line was , none of it fucking matters anyway.
back at you.
Actually I was never really into comics, although I can definitely appreciate the art. Could you please quote me where I answered your question to the effect that "I know nothing about science"?Tone Deft wrote:you're starting back up with me again, what an asshole. you made claims to know stuff you didn't. go read back in the thread.
you put the : roll : in troll.
you made judgments about science.
I ask you what you know about science.
you name call and berate.
I name call and berate.
you've actually answered my question, you know nothing about science.
check his myspazz page. looks like a kid who's read too many comic books.
