So what in the physical realm, governed by the nature of inertia, light takes billions of years to reach us? Thats natural law. But, maybe when we can manipulate (by advanced quantum mechanics) the natural inertia of physical tendancy we can travel great distances in the blink of an eye?

I'll say again I'm no scientist, you can say things against what I say to prove me wrong(I don't care, and I'm open to criticism), but at least I understand basic concepts behind certain complex theories that can explain space/time travel and logic. Nobody really needs a degree in science, to contemplate/pitch ideas out that make sense. Yes I understand that science is the persuit of truth by experimentation, but most areas of science are still little understood.
theres nothing to pick apart as youre not actually making any kind of point. anyone can say 'we dont know anything'.

am i missing the evidence bit of this document? Its a letter from a purchasing officer, from some company called "Scientific Research (Canada) Reg'd" asking the government for evidence of UFOs. How is this different than a crank letter from a crazy person?

Im not specifically pointing out this document, but there are many pages like this that were RCMP investigations. There is no 'evidence' bit to any of it, but the number of claims is a little alarming, and should say something. This site isn't the most user friendly site but there are navigation tabs that allow you to scroll between different scans. Well, to me at least it makes me wonder that since there was a big stir back then of 'flying saucers' that the government did open a faction of people dedicated to investigating this. Maybe people were just overcome with mass hysteria?

people claim all sorts of stuff, doesnt make it evidence.a large number of idiots can claim anything, still doesnt make it evidence. Hell, a majority of the US population believe that Angels are real.

http://www.time.com/time/nation/article ... 79,00.html

I found the claims by the former Apollo astronaut Edgar Mitchell that he heard of and believed the Roswell stories compelling, until i learned he was a credulous git who seemed to believe anything.

http://www.livescience.com/strangenews/ ... chell.html

the older i get, the less i believe in conspiracies. have you ever tried to keep a hot secret in a small group of people? its nearly impossible. multiply the people who know the secret, and teh hotness of the info by a million, and i simply cant see something of this magnitude being kept for so long. If anything, i believe the 'bigger lie' idea. That the government is carefully sowing UFO info among the public to hide the really good stuff. But again this requires a massive conspiracy, and humans just cannot keep their pie holes shut.

The main reason being why on earth would you hound a guy to prove something that has very little importance in the context of this thread. bottom line was , none of it fucking matters anyway.

DrX has got me on board and I WANT an atomic engine so man we're going to fuck you seven ways to Sunday.

it would be much easier to believe in aliens if I knew what "they" believed in.

You really can't expect somebody to give another being carte blanche without knowing there views, right?

goddamn you're dense, that's not what went down. it was DrX saying he knows some shit, when pressed on it he turned troll. he's gullible. it's the same thing with religion "if I don't understand it, it must be god" I saw him doing the same thing with aliens FFS.

...and why are you at home at 4pm? how old are you? I'd say no older than 15, you spell like a third grader.

I have asked you repeatedly to quote specific claims that I made that were false to which you have not once done. Why haven't you been able to do that? So far, all ASSumptions Tone. Nothing of substance. Just trolling.

I'm waiting...

Evidence in the context of final proof is just one form or grade of evidence. Substantiation does NOT require final proof. Only if you are attempting to substantiate proof itself is that the case. There is an abundant amount of powerful evidence to support this phenomenon. I can prove that, but the type of evidence you are referring to is "control".

Again, if you would like irrefutable evidence to support the phenomenon, that's everywhere and can be offered up all day long.

back at you.
You didn't initially ask anything. You claimed I was bullshitting and did not know shit about whatever.

Unless you have substantiation prior to making those ridiculous statements, it's you that is "bullshitting" isn't it?

Just because you impulsively bury yourself in manure, does not obligate anyone to dig you out.

Next time, THINK, before you condescendingly blurt. K?

you're starting back up with me again, what an asshole. you made claims to know stuff you didn't. go read back in the thread.

you put the : roll : in troll.

you made judgments about science.
I ask you what you know about science.
you name call and berate.
I name call and berate.

you've actually answered my question, you know nothing about science, just science fiction.

go on with your theories, that's what the thread is for.

check his myspazz page. looks like a kid who's read too many comic books.
Actually I was never really into comics, although I can definitely appreciate the art. Could you please quote me where I answered your question to the effect that "I know nothing about science"?

We all know what happened here TD. Admit it dude, you made a complete ass of yourself. There was simply no call for your impulsive belligerence and self important nonsense.

I would love to hear some of your music TD.Obviously it's got to be spot on considering your amazing grasp of science and all. Not to mention your disregard for that which constitutes basic artistic imagination. I mean, you must have no need for that "comic book" shit right?

Unless you start being honest with me, yourself and everyone else here, this will be my last post in an attempt to set right your interjections within this thread with respect to your useless off topic bullshit.

Please cite specific quoted examples of the following claims that you just made, or elucidate for me your justifications for the requests that you are referring to that have been made of me by yourself.

#) you made judgments about science.

Please quote where I made judgments about science.

#2) I ask you what you know about science.(was this before or after you name called and told me I didn't know shit?)

With respect to the above assertion that you made, when did I discuss the technical aspects of science or claim that I held some lofty degree in science that led to your line of questioning? When did I claim I possessed an in depth knowledge of anything whatsoever other than a very keen speculative interest in the UFO phenomenon itself?

What have a stated concerning science that is not true?

Did you, or did you not, make claims that I was bullshitting and that I knew nothing about whatever, PRIOR to you asking me anything?

Again,I ask you to be honest and cite where I made false claims in my original post that you clearly, emotionally and offensively responded to.

you name call and berate.
I name call and berate.

Do you think you might have that backward there bud? Did I attack you first, or did you clearly attack me first?

It's interesting to note that the United States successfully developed, tested and put into use, atomic "engines" or power sources for space travel in the late 60s. When is the last time you heard of atomic based flight and space travel technology? Stealth technology existed and is well documented as being in working order in the early 70s.

so I ask you what you know about 'atomic engines' and quantum physics. you just resorted to name calling, I followed.

http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?p=906775#p906775
I do understand exactly how nuclear propulsion works
absolute BULLSHIT! hilarious!!!

here again you go on about quantum physics, yet you know nothing about it.
http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?p=906794#p906794
I'd read a post with quantum physics in it and ask for more, you have nothing more than name calling. I shouldn't have asked. it's a fine line between sci fi fun and actual science. sci fi is fun because you can break the rules, I should not have asked about real science, my bad.

at one point you ask me to qualify myself
http://forum.ableton.com/viewtopic.php?p=906768#p906768
so I did, I have formal training in science. now you're holding that against me. classy move asshole. sorry, it's a really fun degree to have in the 21st century, applicable to a LOT of stuff.

and then it's pages and pages of wasted bandwidth.

you've got issues man, serious issues. next I expect you to start a whole new thread. check DrX's post history, OT whore, no help to anyone, knows nothing, does nothing but OT and the occasional minor Live topic. you do this place no good.

why would I share my music with you?? you're seriously creepy. your link between my love of science and lack of tuneage was really really lame. wow. dude, even in your PMs to me, you've always made me uncomfortable. I'll leave those details out, I felt bad for you.

once again, my condolences to your wife, you're an insufferable quibbler.

I apologize for my part in all this, it's fucked up on so many levels, but I guess that's normal for you.

anyway, you love this alienshit, go on with it.

popcorn anyone? christ...
