My old Push is here at the office. I am waiting for new Push to arrive so I can make the switch. Fed Ex dude has decided today is the day he decides to not stick to his schedule.

EDIT: OMGBBQ: Fed Ex truck outside. Trying to casually walk to water cooler.

EDIT EDIT: And the truck is pulling away leaving me Push-less. Trying to tell colleagues "I'm not crying, I have something in my eye (not a Push 2 apparently)."
EDIT EDIT EDIT: Fed Ex guy left it outside the door of the wrong flipping business. No signature required. Anyway, I have it.

No, the greens and red of the pads if the track is that color is still a bit more muted than the active notes. Doesn't seem to be a problem at all, just tried it for you.
Thanks. I'm not surprised really. They think of everything. German engineering at its finest.
Wonder if they considered colourblind people like me who have trouble with colours with shades of red.

I need a modified script to use the original Launchpad because I could not tell the difference between a pad playing and one that was not. I have not had any issues on Push 1 so I hope that Push 2 is as easy to follow.

I hope "German engineering" won't happen here. No cheating software would be appreciated

Is the status of shipping anywhere on the Ableton website? Ordered mine on Monday, in Germany too, no news yet, other than confirmation of purchase email.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered mine first thing and haven't heard anything (I'm in Australia) but I figured they would be quite busy. I'm happy to wait and see how others are getting along. Keen to have a play with the new simpler tho, that looks quite interesting.

Still haven't had my dispatch email. Looks like the states is a bit more "on it" than europe (either that, or there isn't as much demand in america as over here).

It feels like distribution based on ever decreasing circles. Glad i don't live in Berlin, could be waiting forever ;)

(I posted this in the Push thread, but thought it might be relevant here as well.)

European users: The reason you have to wait longer is the price you have to pay for your role in the Wars of Reformation...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/European_wars_of_religion

(I'm not sure about the red states in the U.S.)

Those elsewhere may have to wait even longer.... :)
