I’m telling you it’s appadvice.com, man. Maybe 10% of the apps I have I got because they seemed like something I liked or could use and I would have gotten them anyway. The other 90% were due to appadvice.com advertising them as either being deep discounted or free for as little as a single day. Even the relatively minor holiday of Mother’s Day triggered big discounts from some developers.

I'm getting closer to jumping on the Pad wagon. I used to consider getting a MiFi instead of an iPad with a 3G card, but it looks like the monthly rates for the MiFi are stupid high ($50 - yeah right).

So it comes down to which iPad to get... Verzion or AT&T. Dang. I almost wish there wasn't a choice to make. Apple hasn't prepared me for this.

I think I read some rumors that in a future generation of the iPad there’ll be chips that can handle either kind of network so you won’t be limited by which one you buy. But for now I’ve heard AT&T has the superior network for data transfer which I guess wouldn’t matter if their overall connection is spotty in your area.

I think if he had the ban hammer dropped on him we would know why and there’d be endless discussion.

I sent him a PM a few weeks ago which he still hasn’t responded to but has posted a few scattered things on here since.

Maybe he fell ill due to iOS MIDI malnourishment. I think he walked a little too close to the mouth of that volcano.

Truth is, I've arranged a VIP tour of the Coral Castle for him.
