hi all,

one more word to clarify.

the possibility to 'perform' or dj your own music is for everybody, NOT just for experienced and / or professionals.

on the contrary, i would be much happier to see 'newcomers' and people who've never presented their music outside of their living room -
don't be shy!!! it's all about getting experience that only comes with playing around and having a go... this is a platform to give you the possibility to play out in a non-judgmental environment.

the performance does not have to be perfect at all, the point is to discuss and share the experience with other newbies and experienced Live users together.

I have never been to Berlin, I don't speak a word of German and am quite shy these days but for some reason I drawn to this. Is the club quite central?

Do you get points for show boating because I haven't got a fooking clue what I could do live apart from pressing scene buttons in sequence and fooking with a filter knob?

hi Rave - we have a little issue with registering contenders that are not living in berlin, as this competition will be followed by German finals.. followed by European finals (all in berlin btw) and therefore, it's basically very localized. i find it pity because berlin with its international flair .. lots of good talents passing by without really living here.. but that was the decision we had to take.

i can just recommend you to look for the local battle event of your home town or country of residency (UK..? there loads of them there!) and meet us at the finals

i am a bit disappointed, lots of people want to come to the next User Group Meeting, but as it looks by now, no one wants to provide any music / performance...



i did not received a single e-mail yet.

all the hard work and effort for nothing?, it costs me a lot of time i actually don't really have to do this... and everybody just wants to be entertained and passive???

man.... maybe i should stream my performance over the web from Hockenheim . very advance!

but really guys... you got to be crazy. just sitting on your asses and talk about bugs is boring. make some noiz for god sake!

Hey subfunk you know ringo and I are performing, we´re planning to have a set of about half an hour. If you have no one else we´ll just extend the set a little haha. What about Mr. Monolake? Maybe he´d like to share some tunes. You could also perform or dj, as well as substance G. But even if no one would perform, its still good to see all the people. but surely someone else will be up.

bump! Hey subfunk we noticed that we can actually extend our set until the break of dawn, so don´t worry about the performance . Here´s a taste of whats coming up:

Shit, if I lived there you would be telling me stop performing. YOu can't pass up an opportunity like this to improve your music.

Its what I´m thinking too!
