Is yours coming on Saturday or Friday? I'm in Northern CA and mine is coming on Saturday.

Mine comes in Friday (tomorrow). That is, if it isn't stuck on the Mohave grade somewhere between here and Fort Worth..

My Push 2 just wandered into City of Industry, CA, a good sign for delivery tomorrow (Friday)...

I notice they've changed their "tracking information" page. Yesterday it said allow up to 48 hours, now it says allow up to 72 hours for the order to be dispatched.

Great. Except it's already more than 72 hours in my case. Maybe they should change it to 96 hours. That'll leave them a couple hours more.

Yeah me too. I might write an email to "support" and see if a gentle nudge can't move things along...

I just received the shipping confirmation! Hopefully it will arrive today. (Brussels)

I ordered my Push on Monday and asked for express shipping. It won't arrive until tomorrow.

I'd ask for a refund on that shipping, it's hardly express!

I ordered mine on Monday afternoon, got an invoice / confirmation, and only got the shipping notification this morning - mine is due on Monday 9th.

I emailed support on Wednesday night and got this email in response:

Thanks for contacting us regarding your Ableton order, and we're sorry to hear you've not yet received your shipping notification yet.

Our fulfillment partners (Rhiem/Whitley) are a bit behind due to the high volume of orders at the beginning of the week, but they're doing their utmost to get your order out by the weekend.

They are working late today, tomorrow and will also be working on Saturday to fulfill these orders and get your units on their way to you as soon as possible.

But it seems like people who ordered after me (still in Europe) were getting their units shipped just fine - so I don't buy just "high volume" as an excuse - I suspect some kind of SNAFU. It's disappointing that Ableton weren't a bit more proactive in contacting people to advise of delays, if they knew they were and are happening.

FWIW, I ordered mine early Monday morning, just as soon as I could break out my credit card....

My Push 2 has (so far) infiltrated the house thanks to some cunning on my end.

Wife saw me leave for the office with Push in hand ("got a school project I need to finish.") I returned from office with Push 2 in hand. So far, so good...until my son notices and totally destroys my life.

judging from posts around here i thought simpler updates might be the only reason to upgrade to push 2 (which isn't enuf for me)
