Hi Shai, did you 'advertised' this somewhere else as well? Because the handfull berlin / german peeps here who are on this forum are mainly passive dudes. The ALUGB mainly draws active users over facebook, etc. Not over this forum... And as far as i understand we need a few people to make it happen...

Ableton showed interest in the event. i'm still waiting to see what are they up to.

a question raised, if this night should be advertised as an open event. the venue likes to make posters and all, so first i wasn't sure. but now i tend to think it should actually be an open to all public event, despite not being a classic performance thing.

Make it open, it's berlin 100 people say they come and 10 turn up.

Unless you want that you, me, 80 and masterswing have a 'living room session'

And don't forget to solve the issue to merge 6 to 8 stereo feeds... Also let peopleknow the type of connex, in a standard mixer usually jack for a line level input, not that everyone comes with a DJ chinch cable...
Also there should be 2. Or 3. powerstrips in the middle of the room for the lappies, notmuch fun running only for an hour or two from batteries...

and cheers for the technical notes.. how do you actually call the jack cable in pro-world. . where i'm coming from it was known as PL . not sure why
