4) AMD Athlon64 3400+
5) 1024mb
6) Digidesign Mbox ASIO
7) 5400rpm
Oh boy, am I happy!

The funny thing is, the percentage doesn't hike up when I lower the buffer size to 128.
Now if I could just get this box to launch Pro Tools, I'd be over the moon. (*$#%!@#%(

HI,
Just run the test on my notebook:
1) It peaked at 27%, but only just...peak's important though...
2)Notebook, unbranded (put together by pcspecialist.co.uk).
3)Windows XP sp 2
4)Intel Centrino 1.5 Ghz
5) 1Gb Ram (not sure speed)
6) Using MobilePre USB with Asio driver
7)Toshiba 80Gb HD MK8025GAS (don't really know what that means!)
I had to put up the latency a great deal to get it up to 512 samples, I would normally have it as low as 80 samples
I think this falls exactly into place on the graph produced for the first 44 machines.
My notebook cost @ £1100 about 3 months ago. I'm very happy so far.

thanks for the result D-Plate
that is a great showing for the Sempron. i'm very impressed. AMD's budget processor seems to do far better than Intel's Celeron.
This score is better than the P4 2.4ghz, and with a cpu that is 1/3 the price.
Can a Windows 2000 user play?
