You are confusing socialism and socialism, fascism and fascism.

Socialism can be an economic and social structure with the workers democratically running things. This has never existed. But socialism is also a movement. As Marx said:

Likewise fascism can mean a fascist state like Nazi Germany, a mass movement that's not actually captured power like the Nazis around 1930-33, or simply a state of mind and an ideology as in an individual fascist, a person who believes in some of the principles of fascism (eg denying free speech, persecuting socialists, victimising minorities).

He's also confusing socialism and socialism with socialism. Maybe it's a language thing (most people here are brainwashed anlgoamericans), but in Europe socialism usually means socialism and not socialism. Also, fascism can't exist without fascism, as I have previously explained.
