Or you can do what I did and make two pieces: one top-sheet for the knobs and sliders, one wrap-around sheet for the sides. Leave a clean 5mm gap on the edges and corners between the top and the sides. I think that looks better than trying to cover the whole thing - crinkled corners look really bad - but it's a question of taste. The good thing with the self-adhesive vinyl route is you can always just peel it off and try again!Patch wrote:Looks like it might be possible to stretch it around the edges and the corners of the UC-33e. Just a shame I have to get it shipped from the US...
Looking forward to seeing the photos!Patch wrote:P.S - How cool would a camo or a snake skin UC-33e be?!?

I've been searching like a mad man for some heat-shrink sheets that would cover all the faces and rads on the UC-33e. No luck. I'm gutted. heat shrink would be ideal. It would mould to the corners, and into the recesses for the faders - then you could just cut out the slots for the fader stems using a stanley knife, and poke through the necks for the pots.
I really, REALLY want a camo UC-33e.
