yeah maybe, to be fair the turn around is impressive and if you where upgrading you allways have 7 for live shows if you didnt want to risk a set failing i think its just incredible i have only had one problem which i am confident if not fixed by this will be in updates.

ummm installing on mac? do you copy the contents and overright the old version or just delete the old install then drag and dropo?

On osx there's no need to delete older versions if you don't want to. Live 1 trough 8 can coexist.

A big one would be collaborating with others that might not have upgraded yet.

weird as its installing, i noticed it said analog... now i doont own suite... i wonder what it means...?

even if you don't own the suite, you can run demo versions of the instruments... but you won't be able to render audio, until they've been purchased/authorized.

Hey I just realized that they fixed the behavior where hidden plug-ins would pop open again when you make a change in preferences. Cool, that always bugged me. Didn't make the list though I don't think, but a nice little change.

now all we need is a non-vitamin L sponsored mousewheel zoom......... arrange mode PRSSSSS

Hi Alex, downloaded and running 8.0.2 ok, but it would be really nice if the installer recognised that I just have Live 8 and not the Suite and didn't install all of the library packs for the Suite instruments that I have not purchased.
