gotta add a blue cheese hamburger (with a good bear and twice fried fries.)

When i was a kid, my grandfather, being from the south, would cure whole pigs in our basement. They'd sometimes hang for a year before cooking. Then he'd hack off a leg and cook it for most of a day. When done, we'd slice little slivers of the meat onto fresh buttermilk biscuits with only a bit of butter. Salty heavenly greatness.

a good pulled pork sandwich - pork not cooked in barbecue sauce, but properly smoked. and not like Sonny's BBQ shit, which is awful. only philistines eat that crap.

equally as good, but not quite a sandwich: Jamaican patties with a D&G soda, preferably from a place that knows how to make them right - there are frozen "authentic" prepackaged patties available in the frozen section of the grocery store, but they are disappointing. it's all in the crust....
