thats an interesting diet plan. is it copyrighted?

i did the same by quitting soda at work and soda in drinks. scotch on the rocks is better anyways.

it is true:
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/html/l ... cks16.html
although reading the article, I guess it may be more accurate to say "rename existing stores so that they are no longer called starbuck's"
in either case, it just seems f*#&ed up. on one hand you might be intentionally decieving your customers. on the other hand you are admitting that people hate you and are trying to escape. on the other other hand maybe it's genius

actually its kind of bullshit
"hey why are people choosing local coffee shops over us?"
"who cares lets impersonate one."
imagine McDonald's setting up a little booth in downtown Taiwan where they cook the food on a crappy skillet right in front of you

if it is an attempt to trick haters, it surely will fail
i mean if you hate starbucks now, you'll really hate them when you see their fake "local joint"

yes, i hadn't considered that side of the equation. you love starbucks! and now you'll love it more because it is cool
it's weird - starbucks is a different thing when you were born and raised in seattle. if you are down in the market (1st store was/is there) almost guaranteed, people will come up to you asking where it is, asking for you to take pictures of them in front of it, etc.
we remember the original logo with the nipples on the titties
the pike place market has rules and regulations about who can/cannot open stores there. basically you can't already have other locations. from what I understand those rules were specifically created because of starbucks. so the only reason it can exist there is because it happened to be their first location. it's kind of cool in a way

not at all. this summer I got the cycling bug again and get a kick out of dropping some weight (6'1" 188.5 lbs now, was just over 200 at the start of the year.) still, going to eat bacon and cheese covered chicken with au graten potatoes for dinner, gotta enjoy life!!
