Just noticed that there's still something coming through at 96 KHz. It took me a while to figure out why, but it seems to be the volume setting on the master. You had it set to -0.2 dB. Increase the mixer size (vertically) so that you can see the peak level meter and the other box. The latter allows you to type in an exact value. Set the master to exactly 0 dB and then repeat the test. All good now.
