Im sure they are prodding the hamsters that power the servers and bringing a backup up.

Same here, all my licenses seem to be gone. No double e-mail addresses or other such confusion; I'm absolutely 100% sure I logged into the account I have all my live stuff registered on.

It's a bit scary, yeah, but it's probably a temporary database glitch or something like that.

Ive been communicating back and forth with customer support for 8 days about this issue. Plus I re-registered my email account to a new one and I have no idea what my old one was....I hope they can sort me out and Im still keeping the faith but my account did show my license with my new email addy a month or so ago so I dont know what is taking so long...I hope Im in the beginning of the queue.......

There are no licenses showing under my user account registrations either. I suppose this will not pose a problem unless someone attempts to register a product during this time (maybe that is not a problem either for new products). I didn't have a problem registering MaxforLive a a couple weeks ago. If anyone is getting a response from Ableton, please post an update.
