The best non acoustic drum/device/instrument I ever heard/ played. Had chance to try it - friend of mine played in Jack deJohnette Trio and the boss used the Wavedrum. Needless to say making good use of it. I searched for one since than, but they were quickly sold out and no one would part with it.

You can play it with hands, fingers and unlike Roland with its disgusting rubber surface, you have regular drum head. All I remember- I loved it but it was over 10 years back. Also question is if all the features of original (except look) are there or just the name.

This looks pretty awesome. The drum module isn't that much different from others, but it looks and feels like a real acoustic kit, which is great for people like me who have played acoustic for years. Also, at the end of the video, it shows them replacing the pads with drumheads, so you get 2 kits in one, which is pretty damn cool.

Price is $3200 though.
