That is outstanding! Excellent work, fantastic actually. I don't think anyone could get any closer than this. The Juno sound and rack effects are perfect. Great job. Skills!

I think the modulation might have changed speed within held notes in the original track. Actually, maybe they're just using the mod wheel/pitch bend to change the mod. rate within held notes as it syncs to pitch. Hence the "stretching" rather than "helicopter" sounds. *Yeah, on the TAL Uno-62, just turn down the Pitch Wheel's VCF so that the filter doesn't close when you bend the mod wheel down and viola.

Edit: For example, the beginning of the riff. Bend the mod wheel down before playing a low note, as you slowly release the mod wheel you get the stretch/helicopter thing, then play the next note. They've already used this trick (famously) so I don't know how useful it is but it's fun.

Props to Sarrova-Q. I've always loved that synth sound and it never would dawned on me.

Another fun thing is to add an arpeggiator to the rack, before the Uno-62 and map the Offset to a Macro knob.
