guitar rig has a built in adsr evelope and a preset called slow gear
The Push / Novation Launch Pad / Novation Launch Pad Pro / Novation Launch Key
/ Launch Control XL / Machine MkII / Machine Studio / BeatStep / Livid OhmRGB / Livid Code V2 / Apc 40 MKII

no computers or synths

20 Copies of Ableton Live Lite.

Forgot to update this. Thank you for replies anyway. Last year I eventually got a VG99 ... they had an offer because they were waiting for new Roland GR so I could not resist.
I am still using some of my Pads with Live FX here and there and Zebrify for impersonating
more than a synth. Zebrify is still VST King IMHO. However the sonic capabilities of VG99 are overwhelming.
Now I got the best of both worlds. I have many tools to get different jobs done.

You can do this with Native Instruments Guitar Rig. Drop in the envelope modifier, set your ADSR values however you want them, then drop a volume pedal device underneith (from the Dynamics section) and drag the "Envelope" box from the top left of the Envelope device onto the slider of the Volume Pedal device so that the envelope modulates the volume.

I have the full version of guitar rig but I would imagine you can do this in the free (Guitar Rig Player) version too.
