Agreed. It's definitely not idea, but it will most certainly run extremely stable (or as stable as Live will allow).

Personally, I always make multiple Live sets. First, one with all midi, and then a second where it's all bounced to audio. I'll use the audio set when playing out, and if I need to make any tweaks or changes, I do it in the midi set and re-bounce it. It's a pain in the ass, but *sigh* nothings perfect.

You obviously haven't ever been wrong in your life, have you? Or are you already spayed and neutered as you put it?

This forum is for discussion and sharing opinions. There are other forums for the "one truth", I'm sure.
nah that's his M.O. he likes to show up randomly every couple of months guns blazing, insults flying and then chimes out like he was never here. his "technique" reeks of alter nick. he claims he doesn't care what anybody thinks... i call bullshit. hot. steamy. bullshit.
I LOOOOVE my technique. It's hot!

I guess technically speaking, responding to your worthless posts is some sort of recognition of your presence and that I care enough to respond to your sorry ass. So maybe, in a sorta of round about way, you're right about it being bullshit. But not really... Sorry sweet tits!

I wish I was an alter ego of sorts, that sounds kinda cool too. But unfortunately, I'm just another Bay Area asshole. There's assholes everywhere, thats a given. But this place is a magnet for them. You know the ones - They're so liberal that they say things like "See how open minded I am to put up with this shit?"

You kinda remind me of one of those hipsters. Take a few days to ponder that one compadre. 8)

Ever since I started using Electri6ity with Live I've had huge problems with live their is no longer enough memory to use the pads in Omnisphere or my sampled Piano in the mix. Unless I split my mix into two projects which I don't like.

The Ram limit is 3.2GB in live even if you have Windows 7 64bit.
As long as Live is updated around the same time Soundtoys gets updated to 64bit I will live with it.

HAHAAHA 64 bit over hyped. I dont think they will wait for max live to be 64 bit. WHy should they just so its easier for us? They are going to make the best decision and make new products available as soon as they are ready. Although I do think that is the main reason it is taking so long LIve 6-8 all came out in just around 2-3 and its been that long since 8. I remember reading a post from someone at ableton saying how difficult its going to be to make it 64 bit because it pretty much means they have almost completely redesign and rewrite the code. The only reason it comes out after this long without is they just can't make it work.......yet
