the group buy has been extended to Jan 2nd
After receiving a number of requests from people asking for an extension on the Group Buy dates and more than a few people have shared that they're on a tight budget and may not have the money to purchase in time for the end date of the Group Buy, we've decided to extend the Group Buy from November 25, 2011 at 11:59 PM PT to January 2, 2012 at 11:59 PT.

PLEASE NOTE: We WILL NOT be extending the additional 10% customer discount to anyone who registers AFTER November 25, 2011 at 11:59 PM PT. Consequently, if you registered prior to November 25, 2011 at 11:59 PM PT, you must complete your purchase by December 2, 2011 at 11:59 PT to receive your 10% discount or it will expire. All purchases made during the Group Buy extension period must be completed by January 2, 2012 by 11:59 PM PT

So the group buy is still on until January? How does the Kirk Hunter stuff compare to LASS? LASS sounds pretty impressive.

i have read several ppl commenting that it is comparable to any of the other high end libraries quality-wise. it doesn't sound like LASS

go over to the KVR thread and ask, see what responses you get. there's plenty of time

page 154 of that thread has some demos you can listen to:

also, you can try a demo for yourself here:

commercial CD:
These songs feature Concert Strings II, Concert Brass II and Diamond. Kirk produced the CD and was also responsible for the orchestral and vocal arrangements.

Soundtrack:
the theme (the actual theme, not someone recreating it) for Captain America: Sentinel Of Liberty Soundtrack by David A. Logan -- so if you've ever heard this before, you heard Diamond strings and brass in action, same for the main theme and most of the cues for Ugly Betty.
