that'll give the devs time to finish that new feature.
meantime you can take your time and prep. stay wise.
Yeah definitely

I love it when a plan comes together, a bit better than you originally thought of doing it, in a round about way kind of thing. Hannibal put it much better

PLUS you can see the names of the Clips too which I think is a MASSIVE help rather than using a Launchpad or APC.
Just one of the MANY reasons though that I think it's so much better

got the impulse. So far so good. Its fun having some drum pads to hit

and the action on the keyboard is really nice to.
Thinking about an MPK mini for trips out to starbucks and the like. Its so tiny and light.
Probably get the ipad in the new year I think. Give me a chance to work out the keyboard.

I'm amazed none of the manufacturers have properly looked at using blue tooth. I can run my mouse and keyboard for my mac easy enough. Can't be that tough.

so what do you use each one for?
ive never used all 4 together, my kids have 1 each, i just grab whichever is closest to hand. most i have used (so far) simultainiously is 2. touchable/polychord or touchable/miditouch.

Ok, sounds cool. This list is getting expensive

Just as well I'm an eccentric millionaire
The impulse is being interesting btw.
You can toggle through the parameters of plugins, but it seems you can't tangle through the plug ins assigned to a track, which seems a bit stoopid to me
and the auto map software doesn't seem to work
Think I'll be starting a new thread for this...

I also use the behringer bcd 2000. love it! affordable and works well.
Also the Akai MPK Mini is great! huge step up from the oxygen 8

Yeah I'm actually a bit torn here, whether to get a mini mpk or a launchpad for out and about stuff, or to wait for a Quneo

just got an iphone 4s and thought i wud play around with touchosc. its seriously good and i can see this sort of software advancing quickly through the next year or so. i would say a physical keyboard controller is much nicer than using a touch screen - and being able to use the modulation and pitch sliders is important if you actually play your melodies.
for everything else tho...i think an ipad and software actually is a good option. didnt think that until i actually had a go today. much better seeing what you are triggering.

If you're not doing stuff live you can still automate those in the midi clip, but I guess maybe a tinsy joystick wouldn't go amiss for a combined job
I'm pretty sold on the iPad. Will be getting one in the new year I reckon, and I think I'll pop into West End DJ this Tuesday and have another look at the MPK mini. Its very light and dinky

What are people's experiences with TouchAble's mixing capabilities (levels, sends, screen navigation, etc).
I currently use a Behringer BCR via Mackie Emulation and it works great for me. I do most of my stuff in Arrange view so clip launching's not a big deal for me. I can stay in arrange view and never have to switch back to session which i like.
Any experiences?
