wich keyboard is your favourite
well, get the cheapest midi keyboard you can find, it will either not be dynamic, or it will be so poor that you won't notice it. on most of the keyboards you have velocity curve that enable you to have constant velocity, like an organ.TheAnimal wrote:Is there a keyboard out there that mimics an organ keyboard? (E.g. no velocity and the tone plays very early when you press a key.) Sorry, if this should be a dumb question - I have almost no experience with electric keyboards...
then about how early the sound is produced after you press a key, that depends on your latency.
When I said "early" I meant something different: On an organ keyboard you don't have to press a key down fully. Even if you only press it down one millimeter it opens the air valve (a little bit) so that you can hear the sound. Can you see what I mean? It's not latency (which is another very strange organ phenomenon).
Dude, this site looks sketchy. Everyone who uses one of these is a "famous something or other."12micsn1 wrote:A new keyboard worth mentioning www.cme-pro.com. These look alot like the Yamaha Motif series.
I say the first one who buys these gets hosed.
But I'd love to hear the reviess if they don't!!!
