i.e Apple aren't discontinuing it.

if you are going to be a butthole about my mix up, at least use proper english. Apple "isn't" discontinuing it.
Sorry, I don't speak American.

Logic NEEDS a completely overhaul, if the next version is more or less the same as the last but with new features, I'll pass on that upgrade.

If Apple discontinue it, then there'll be no reason to put up with Apple hardware and we'll be free!

Just useful things like being able to quickly zoom one track, zoom out all tracks (vertically & horizontally), bounce in place, toggle automation view, things like that. When you know the key commands, moving around the arrange screen is SO much faster.
I would be surprised if this was something you overlooked, but it's very possible to set up Logic for all that with the key commands.
Logic 8 brought in the right click being sort of glued to the submenu, but if you use a multi button mouse this isn't an issue.
The way I always worked in Logic for speed was to assign the right click to the magnifying glass, another button to the tools menu and set up "zoom to selection both horizontally and vertically" to a single key command. <-- Coupled with "command A" this fits everything in the Arrange to the screen. This gives you all of what your missing in Logic. It's funny, but Logic 6-7 was probably the best set up IMO for key commands and a good mouse.

Yeah, I kknow how to do it in logic too, it's just more intuitive for me the way S1 does it.
