Unashamed hating post right here: Massively overrated producer. All the live sets I have seen him play have sounded absolutly awful. Dude needs to work on his mixdowns.

For me fly lo is all about the music. He puts shit together very creatively and thats why its great. When creating you need inspiring tools. If he's not inspired by ableton's sound engine then why should it matter? I just hope he keeps making dope shit.

I think Fly Lo has talent as an artist, but I cant even listen to most of his music. I like the general vibe of his tunes but his beat structure and compression techniques make me physically ill. Literally, like ill actually start to feel nauseous. Too much pumpy chunky for me I guess.

Hm, I'm not a huge FlyLo fan but I thought his set here in San Francisco a few years ago was pretty dope. But then Daedelus came on and destrooooooooyed.

sound engine seems like whenever those two words are put together in that order... that a bunch of technical nonsense that is mostly opinion based and hardly ever fact based follows suit like a hot turd with a juicy squirt right behind it.


moving forward i will boycott and consider it a total discredit when any artist says "sound engine" - up to and including deleting their tracks from my hard drive.
