i always thought it stood for live 'prince alberts'. don't even tell me i had that done multiple times in front of all those people for nothing.

but i meant what's up with liveproduction.net?

actually, in the context of "Live PA", it stands for "performance arrangement".

It's ready to go... all I have to do is make some DNS changes. I'm waiting for a patch or two to the program before I'd even feel comfortable putting a site up dedicated to the program.

I just don't feel right dedicating resources to something that doesn't work for me.

Hey Geargasm

This is really good news! A lot of cred to you for working with this site.

However...

I think you are unfair in requesting 'a few patches' to Live before releasing the site. Who are suffering from such a move? The users. Not Ableton.

Its like you punish me because the Abletons are not working hard enough fixing bugs for the software we love.

Please explain this to me and others.

No, it's not like that.

Simply, I don't want it to be a place for people to bitch -- and yes, I'd be the number one offender.

If I can't use the software personally because of it's buggy state, why should I put my resources (mind you I'm paying for this out of my own pocket) to good use?
