I would NEVER have gotten into electronic music without the Cabs and 242 oh and early Human League / British Electric Foundation etc...
That said Richard H.Kirk & Co where damn influential.
If industrial still was as innovative now I'd be pretty impressed by the genre still.
I still think Autechre and Aphex owe alot more too the Cab's than they let on IMHO.
