Damn you, NI! Your sale basically covers Komplete in its entirety - but only piece by piece. Where's my K10U upgrade?

Ni has an stablished sales schedule:

Spring: Some sales on controllers and interfaces

Summer: 50% on updates, upgrades, and crossgrades

Black friday: 50% off individual products

Xmas: Some individual offers

From time to time they have also Reaktor on sale for $99

So you will have to wait till next year.

Good to know the pattern. Their sale email might as well have said "50% off all the shit you already own. Ha ha at you!" I didn't even get a follow-up "Holy fuck, you have 38 registered products with us (truth). Here's $25 off something you don't already own, if you can find it." :x

I want to upgrade my KU9 to KU10 too, but not $400 want to. Schedule aside, I am kind of surprised they didn't have Komplete sales considering they just released their expensive keyboard controllers that don't come with any software and are pretty much useless without Komplete. Although they probably work with individual instruments, but still :x

I think I'm gonna pick up some VSTs from Native Instruments - http://www.NativeInstruments.com - they have a bunch of stuff for Kontakt that are 50% off

Have also been thinking about picking up a bundle from Waves - http://www.Waves.com - Their Gold Package has a ton of stuff and is only $200... but I don't know if I'll use all of them.

Anyone use Waves plugs regularly?

NI has some sweet stuff I've picked up over the years. I also have many waves....really too many. Sometimes I'm in vst overload mode....until I remember having and needing that "one" plug :D

I got a really crap tv which has really awful picture quality and rotten sound.

It will probably fall to pieces in a few weeks.

But at least it was cheap - that's all that matters.
